Ordering
Process...
1.
Browse the store. When you find the product (s) you would
like to order, make sure to include any choices you need to
make such as: design, color, and scent etc. (You can change
quantity in the shopping cart.)
2.
Click on the "Add Me" button to add your choices to
the cart. You will be taken to the cart where you can
view your choices, please make sure these are correct. Change
quantity now and recalculate your cart. You can then checkout
or return to shopping.
3.
When you are finished adding all the products you want to
order, view your cart and finish the ordering process.
Please note, SHIPPING/HANDLING is NOT calculated
now. I will email you your total with shipping/handling after
I receive your order. By doing it this way, I am able to
calculate your shipping/handling on a per order basis as for
weight, distance, packing supplies fee etc. This is in your favor
so that you do not over pay for Shipping/Handling. (see
shipping page for more info.)
4.
You will receive a confirmation email from me containing your
order, order total, shipping/handling and approximate shipping
date. I try to ship
within 2-5 days. I will request them information needed to pay
for your order (ex. PayPal, Visa, MC, Discover, Check or Money
Order).
5.
Once this information is received I will send a PayPal bill,
charge your credit card, or wait for your check (must clear
bank before order is sent, usually 10 days) or money order.
NOTE: If paying with check or money order - Your
order will be held for
10 days.
If either is NOT received in that time frame,
your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a re-order.
Once order is paid
for, I will start producing your order.

There is a $15 minimum product
order when using a credit card.
Shipping/Handling is not included in this total.
6.
Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be charged a $5.00
cancellation fee. This is due to the personal nature of
the products ordered (product cannot be used for someone else)
and to offset any recovery of fees that are charged to me for processing your order.)
7.
Order will be started and an email sent if any other info,
clarification is needed to complete your order.
8.
Order will be shipped and you will receive an email notifying
you of shipping. NOTE: I am not responsible if your
order is left outside upon delivery and products are ruined.
It is YOUR responsibility to be home or make arrangements for
delivery.
I would appreciate a return email when the products arrive so
that I know you received them.
9.
*NOTE: If
your order arrives broken, you are welcome to return the
broken item, box, packaging to me (at your expense) for a
store credit refund or
replacement. Without the shipping materials the PO will NOT give me credit
for the broken shipment. You must email me for a return number
to be included in your return. Without all these items, I
cannot replace the broken items.
10.
Our Guarantee: If not completely satisfied with
any of our products, simply return, at your expense, (delivery
confirmation is a good idea to place on the return) the
unused portion for a store credit to your account. Because of the
nature of the products (for personal use), no cash
refunds are given, refunds are in the form of store
credit only. Also, shipping will NOT be refunded or credited.

When you send an order, you are agreeing to abide by these
